Main Responsibilities
- Plan team's technical and delivery goals
- Lead the team of up to 5 engineers, ensuring clear direction and alignment on objectives
- Keep the team focused, tracking roadblocks that slow down team delivery, facilitate their resolution
- Ensure that all requirements defined by the Product Team are met within the committed time frame with high-quality standards
- Ensure technical standards and practices are followed within the team
- Share knowledge and mentor other engineers
- Proactively connect & collaborate with team members to solve problems and engage in technical debates
- Identify systemic problems within team and work towards effective solutions
- Contribute to the hiring process by participating in interviews and assessments
- Engage the team to achieve goals and set a good example for your team
Core Requirements
- A proven track record of resolving technical disagreements and managing the technical quality of team deliverables
- Sufficient expertise to make technical solutions, contribute to the codebase and perform quality code reviews
- Effective communication skills in writing, speaking & presenting to a broader audience of various stakeholders
- Being able to clearly communicate tradeoffs in technical decisions, what impact they will have short-term and long-term, and possible technical debt
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 5000-6700 EUR/Month.
