ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support growth team with contact center strategies, performing alternative analysis to the high-cost COTS products that are currently being used in the government.
  • Developing prototypes with leading technology stacks and cloud services (preferably AWS).
  • Analyzing agency requirements and priorities to tailor existing solutions without fully replacing.
  • Proficient with cloud services in AWS/Google/Azure.
  • Experience with no code AI tools to quickly build and deploy automated workflows.
  • Experience with implementing well known architectural patterns.
  • Business domain knowledge within the health care and Providing cross functional training to the other technologists on the team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience with implementing contact center operations using a combination of COTS and cloud services
  • Experience with AI technologies (RAG) to build automation workflows
  • Experience with APIs design, development and implementation using cost effective API technologies
  • Experience with understanding agency business needs and transforming into technical implementation details

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience with healthcare domain

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
