The Role
Our Accounting team is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing organization. This role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information under US GAAP and IFRS, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and monitoring intercompany transactions to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring alignment among entities and compliance with group policies.
- Participate in SOX control execution.
- Collaborate with international teams across Accounting, FP&A, and External Audit.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with statutory and compliance obligations.
- Provide support to other areas as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or audit roles.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX control frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical, resourceful, and proactive problem solver.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
