Role Overview:
Infinity Group is seeking a dynamic Vertical Manager to lead our Housing & Building Management product suite, built on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. This is a pivotal leadership role with full P&L responsibility and accountability for the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and growth.
The Vertical Manager will combine the disciplines of a Product Manager (vision, design, lifecycle, customer adoption) and a P&L Manager (commercial ownership, revenue growth, profitability) to ensure our product delivers maximum value to clients and strong financial performance for the Group.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

    • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE).
    • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
    • Demonstrable success in building and scaling software/solution products.
    • Understanding of the housing, building management or related industries is desirable.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to bridge technical, commercial, and client perspectives.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
    • ·        Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

As a Vertical Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Product Strategy & Lifecycle
    • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Housing & Building Management solution.
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, adoption, and retirement.
    • Maintain deep knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and Microsoft ecosystem developments to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
    • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Consultants to ensure the product is designed, built, and supported to the highest standards.
    • Govern product versioning, release cycles, documentation, and training.
    • Commercial Ownership (P&L)
    • Full ownership of the product’s P&L – accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and licensing models.
    • Work with Sales & Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and campaigns that drive adoption.
    • Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts for the vertical.
    • Ensure the product achieves agreed commercial targets, reporting regularly to the Board.
    • Report on forecast demand with support from the Finance and Sales teams
    • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the product evangelist internally and externally – driving adoption across clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Build close relationships with key clients to capture feedback and shape roadmap priorities.
    • Partner with Microsoft to align product direction with platform evolution and co-selling opportunities.
    • Governance & Delivery
    • Ensure robust governance frameworks for product development, release management, and quality assurance.
    • Oversee product delivery models, working with PMO and Delivery teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Drive standardisation and repeatability, reducing delivery costs and increasing margin.
    • Team Leadership
    • Ensure people resource capacity and skills are aligned to defined business needs and client project needs
    • Oversee the recruitment, training and retention of the vertical team members
    • Ensure consultants gain and renew MS certificates for their appropriate functional area of expertise
    • Mentor and coach members of the team to ensure their continued career growth

Success Measures:

    • Achievement of revenue and profitability targets for the vertical.
    • Delivery of roadmap milestones and successful product releases.
    • High adoption and satisfaction levels among clients and consultants.
    • Strong positioning of Infinity Group’s Housing & Building Management product in the market.
    • Scalable, repeatable delivery model embedded across the business.
