Account Executive

As IntelyCare’s Account Executive, you’ll cover a specific region to help speed our growth. Our Account Executives are responsible for expanding our business in their assigned territories primarily through the acquisition of new clients. Overall, Account Executives play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a positive working environment for the team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and conduct sales presentation and negotiations to secure our upgrade the account business to drive growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be able to effectively communicate IntelyCare’s value proposition to clients.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct client visits to better assess and understand opportunities to further leverage IntelyCare’s solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, and Product to ensure current and future client needs are met effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management, tracking performance against set targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and results utilizing Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven work experience and sales achievement results as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Field-based Positions
- Mobility: Ability to travel to meet clients, attend meetings, or participate in trade shows and conferences. This could involve driving or flying, assuch, a valid driver's license or ability to travel is essential.
- Standing/Walking: Ability to engage in field settings and spend a significant amount of time standing or walking or sitting to engage with potential customers.
- Technology Use: frequently utilize technology such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices, which can involve manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Working Environment: often work in various settings, including offices, client sites, and trade shows, which can have different physical conditions (e.g., temperature, noise levels, lighting).
$120,000 - $160,000 a year
