Position Summary: The Pricing & Monetization Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of GOLFTEC Enterprisesâ pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies across products and memberships. This role combines analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure that pricing and monetization decisions drive sustainable revenue growth, healthy margins, and strong customer value. Reporting to the SVP, Pricing & Revenue Analytics, the analyst will partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to manage discount and promotion programs, perform analyses, develop models and reporting, and help design and evaluate tests that inform future strategy. The role will also leverage AI-enabled tools and modern analytics to improve speed, quality, and scalability of insights. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and refinement of pricing structures, membership tiers, bundles, and promotions across products, channels, and customer segments. Analyze monetization levers (price points, discount levels, promotional mechanics, timing, and mix) to drive revenue and margin while managing cannibalization and customer value. Maintain and evolve a multi-year roadmap for pricing and monetization that aligns with enterprise growth, customer experience, and brand objectives. Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools (and, where applicable, Python/R) to evaluate pricing, promotion, and membership performance across segments and channels. Build and maintain scenario models to assess the impact of proposed price, discount, or packaging changes on demand, revenue, and profitability. Develop and refine models for key drivers such as price elasticity, promo uplift, cannibalization, churn, and lifetime value to inform decision-making. Design and support A/B and multivariate tests related to pricing, packaging, and promotions, including clear hypotheses, test design, measurement, and success criteria. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Tech/Data teams to implement tests, ensure accurate tracking, analyze results, and translate learnings into playbooks and guardrails. Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for key monetization KPIs (e.g., average selling price, discount depth, promo ROI, margin, upgrade and attach rates, trial-to-paid conversion). Provide regular performance readouts and insights to stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and leadership, focusing on the most important business drivers. Partner with BI/Data teams to improve data quality, definitions, and structures that support robust pricing and monetization analytics. Identify opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and systems related to pricing, discounting, and promotion setup, and work with Product, Tech, and Operations to prioritize enhancements. Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate coding, documentation, data exploration, and summarization of findings and recommendations. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are practical, well-communicated, and effectively implemented across centers and channels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue and Margin Impact: Incremental revenue and margin driven by pricing and monetization initiatives. Price Realization & Mix: Improvements in average selling price, discount depth, and product/membership mix quality. Promo & Experiment Performance: Uplift, ROI, and cannibalization for promotions and tests, and throughput of high-quality experiments. Reporting & Stakeholder Adoption: Accuracy, timeliness, usability, and adoption of pricing and monetization dashboards and tools. The deadline for this position is Friday 12/19/2025. Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment in roles such as Pricing/Revenue Management, Business or Data Analytics, FP&A or Commercial Finance, or Marketing/Growth Analytics. Functional Background: Demonstrated experience using data to inform business decisions, ideally around pricing, promotions, revenue, or customer monetization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode). Familiarity with Python or R for analysis is a plus. Comfort using AI tools in daily work. Education: Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Decision Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative or business field (or equivalent practical experience). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell a clear, concise story from complex data and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Traits: Analytical, detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and motivated by continuous improvement in tools, processes, and business outcomes. A passion for golf or sports is a plus but not required.
