ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator who is hands-on, highly reliable, detail-oriented, and energized by operational problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in mixed AV/IT environments and enjoys being the on-site point person who ensures all venue systems run smoothly—whether for daily operations or during high-stakes live events.

You are a strong troubleshooter who can independently diagnose issues across Wi-Fi/networking, access control, CCTV, AV/streaming, POS/printers, and digital signage. You are comfortable owning a helpdesk queue, managing SLAs, coordinating vendors, and maintaining documentation with rigor. You enjoy working closely with site and events staff to deliver seamless experiences for members and guests.

If you love making technology reliable, supporting live production environments, and building operational excellence inside a flagship gaming-focused venue, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

    • Own day-to-day health of all venue technology: network/Wi-Fi, switches/APs, access control and CCTV, AV for events, streaming/recording, ticketing/entry scanners, member-app kiosks, POS/printers, digital signage, meeting-room displays, lighting systems, and basic electrical readiness.
    • Lead pre-opening readiness and change control: UAT testing, device configuration, SOP/playbook documentation, and asset inventory management.
    • Serve as the primary helpdesk owner: triage JIRA tickets, set and meet SLAs, track MTTR, and publish weekly operational reports.
    • Monitor network and system uptime; run preventative maintenance routines, firmware updates, and patch cycles.
    • Prepare rooms and stages for events: set up mics, mixers, projectors/displays; run soundchecks; provide real-time technical support throughout programs.
    • Lead incident response for all tech issues; escalate to vendors when necessary and oversee issues through to full resolution.
    • Manage vendor coordination for support, repairs, and install work; supervise on-site interventions as required.
    • Surface procurement needs, quotes, and device recommendations to the Site Manager for approval.
    • Maintain accurate cabling/port maps, IP/addressing documentation, and access permissions; uphold basic security hygiene across systems.
    • Support POS and Club-app touchpoints, including Club Points redemption flows and device uptime.

Qualifications (Required)

    • 3–5 years in IT support, field engineering, or venue technology operations, with experience managing mixed AV/IT environments.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills across: Wi-Fi/LAN, switches/APs, access control/CCTV, Windows and macOS endpoints, printers/POS, and event-grade AV (mics, mixers, projectors/displays, capture/streaming).
    • Experience owning helpdesk operations (preferably JIRA): queue triage, SLA design, reporting, and asset management.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-uptime operations and rapid incident resolution, especially during live events.
    • Strong documentation discipline: SOPs, runbooks, network diagrams, cabling/port maps.
    • Vendor coordination experience; hands-on first, escalate effectively when required.
    • Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
    • On-site in Tel Aviv, Sun–Thu (~9–5) with regular evening event coverage; on-call availability for critical issues; no travel.
    • Eligible to work in Israel; no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications (Preferred)

    • Certifications such as AVIXA CTS, CompTIA A+, Network+ / CCNA, or equivalent hands-on practical experience.
    • Degree welcome; experience prioritized.
