Role Overview Position: Hyper Wellness Representative Location: Manhattan (UES, UWS, and Chelsea; please select in application) Type: Full-Time | Part-Time (please select in application) Our Hyper Wellness Representative welcomes clients, promotes memberships, supports core wellness services, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Greet clients, conduct tours, and deliver a best-in-class service experience. Educate clients on Restore’s therapies and their wellness benefits. Drive membership and retail sales to meet studio goals. Manage bookings, client onboarding, and general studio operations. Support marketing events and outreach efforts. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
