Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Solution Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling electrical control panels/pneumatic assemblies and associated components in accordance with work instructions, production orders, and company quality and ISO policies. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production and quality standards. Each level builds upon technical and leadership skills to support the team's overall success.

Essential Functions

    • Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and small electrical assemblies per work instructions.
    • Read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics.
    • Operate equipment such as wire cutters and label printers.
    • Effectively communicate project needs and potential issues to the shop lead.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience, Education and Skills

    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years experience in a similar assembly position is preferred
    • Experience assembling electrical control panels and/or pneumatic assemblies is a plus
    • Basic understanding of tools and components used in assembly
    • Ability to learn and follow instructions for mechanical and electrical assembly
    • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
    • Attention to detail
    • This role requires the ability to use hand tools, operate mechanical equipment, move throughout the shop and lift up to 50lbs.
