Description As an Associate Consultant you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients and internal business partners solve complex problems and delivering exceptional results. EPiC (Early Pioneers in Career) As an Associate, youâll join Pioneerâs EPiC Program, our launchpad for early career consultants. Youâll start with immersive learning, move quickly into client projects to apply what you've learned, and continue developing through mentorship, feedback, and a connected cohort. Within EPiC, you'll grow fast, deliver great work, and be surrounded by a community who's got your back. Responsibilities include: While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our Associate Consultants perform on our various project teams: Working with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys Translate business objectives into requirements to support future-state design of process, technology, etc. ensuring client needs are captured and delivered Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner Support the drafting and development of all major project deliverables Assist with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in Bachelor's Degree preferred Requirements The estimated salary range for this role is $54,600-$81,900 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Companyâs discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
