ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Manager who is operationally rigorous, service-focused, and highly organized to lead our new Xsolla Club Tel Aviv location. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment. You are motivated by building teams and systems from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding member experience for creators, startups, and gaming professionals.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational management, vendor and facilities oversight, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate has deep experience in venue, coworking, hospitality, or multi-tenant site operations, along with the ability to implement processes, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless readiness for launch and ongoing operations.
If you’re passionate about creating high-performing community spaces, delivering exceptional service, and supporting the gaming ecosystem, and you love building innovative environments that bring developers and creators together, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end site operations and P&L; deliver revenue, margin, and service targets.
- Hire, lead, and coach a core team (Events, Community, Technical) and oversee contractors (front-of-house, cleaning, security, F&B).
- Plan and execute all opening readiness: access control, POS, ticketing, Wi-Fi/AV, safety checks, staffing, SOP development.
- Establish service standards and daily floor routines to ensure exceptional member experience.
- Manage facilities and vendors; enforce SLAs, preventive maintenance, and rapid incident response.
- Oversee safety/EHS, local compliance, and permits (occupancy, alcohol), with accurate documentation.
- Supervise IT/AV and access systems; maintain uptime and manage a helpdesk queue with ticket-resolution SLAs.
- Coordinate space readiness and staffing for events in partnership with the Events Manager.
- Support membership growth: conduct tours, support onboarding, track utilization, analyze churn, and collaborate with sales.
- Operate the Club Points commerce model: reconcile usage and top-ups with Finance; ensure reporting accuracy.
- Manage inventory for bar/café/merch; uphold stock control procedures.
- Produce weekly/monthly reporting and forecasts; own KPIs (member growth, utilization, NPS/CSAT, revenue vs. budget, controllable costs, uptime/SLA).
- Serve as on-call incident lead for emergencies and after-hours issues.
Qualifications (Required)
- 5–8 years in venue, coworking, hospitality, or multi-tenant operations.
- Minimum 2 years leading on-site teams.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience launching or opening new sites or managing major program turnarounds.
- Strong vendor, facilities, and compliance management; working understanding of EHS and risk principles.
- Practical IT/AV literacy (network/Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, displays, access control).
- Data-driven operator with strong Google Sheets/reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with POS, CRM, helpdesk, and access systems; JIRA experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
- On-site Sun–Thu (approx. 9–5) with occasional evenings/weekends; on-call availability for emergencies.
- Eligible to work in Israel (no visa sponsorship available).
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Degree in a related field.
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR, Fire Warden, responsible alcohol service.
