Description Director of Adult Medicine Location: Oakland, CA Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 annually Job Summary: We are seeking a Director of Adult Medicine to oversee adult medicine operations, guide a team of providers, and maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety. In this role, you will: Provide direct care to adult patients, averaging a manageable daily patient load. Lead departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. Establish and monitor performance standards for providers. Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development. Partner with administrative leaders on staffing, budgets, and program development. Requirements MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
