We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive innovation across our rapidly expanding real estate platform. This high-impact role will shape the next generation of Entrata’s property and portfolio management ecosystem as we expand into emerging verticals such as Commercial, Single-Family Rental (SFR), Manufactured Housing, and beyond.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with deep curiosity about how technology can transform diverse real estate asset classes. You’ll lead cross-functional teams spanning the U.S. and India to deliver world-class SaaS products that extend Entrata’s leadership in multifamily into adjacent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for features and platforms supporting emerging real estate asset types (Commercial, SFR, Manufactured, etc.).
- Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Entrata’s vertical expansion roadmap.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, revenue-enabling solutions for large real estate operators across diverse portfolios.
- Integrate emerging AI and automation technologies to improve forecasting, operations, and decision-making in new market segments.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities that strengthen Entrata’s position in Vertical SaaS for Real Estate.
- Collaborate with U.S. and India-based teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and drive timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Evangelize Entrata’s expanding product ecosystem internally and externally through data-driven insights and clear storytelling.
- Use KPIs, user analytics, and customer feedback loops to continuously refine strategy and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within PropTech, Vertical SaaS, or adjacent technology industries.
- Proven success launching or scaling software products for real estate operators in Commercial, SFR, or other asset classes.
- Strong understanding of Agile development, technical trade-offs, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in applied AI and LLMs across the SDLC, with expertise in advanced prompting, context engineering, agentic tool use, and designing AI-augmented workflows that drive automation, precision, and scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial, SFR, or Manufactured Housing technology platforms.
- Background as a software engineer or technical product owner.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience partnering with Data Science teams on analytics, automation, or AI-driven initiatives.
$119,000 - $188,000 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
