As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the buying and merchandising process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is responsible for ensuring product accuracy, availability, and timely launches by coordinating across vendors and internal teams. You’ll manage product data and assets, track inventory and performance, and provide operational support that enables the seamless execution of assortments, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
 
This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.  
 
This position will report into the Senior Buyer.

    • Assist in managing product assortments by setting up, monitoring, and maintaining merchandise across categories to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment with business goals.
    • Support the buying and planning teams with vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and product setup to ensure timely launches and replenishments.
    • Audit and update product information, pricing, and imagery to deliver accurate and inspiring product experiences for customers.
    • Coordinate samples, imagery, and product assets for seamless site launches and marketing campaigns.
    • Track assortment performance, monitor inventory levels, and provide actionable reporting to support merchandising strategies and decisions.
    • Partner cross-functionally with operations, creative, and marketing teams during seasonal launches and promotional events to ensure flawless execution.

What you bring to the role:

    • 2 to3 years of experience in merchandising, buying support, product data entry, or retail operations.
    • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with merchandising or inventory management systems is a plus.
    • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines for launches and promotions.
