The Director, Technology Enablement will be a key leader in our Minneapolis office and across our firm, responsible for building, scaling, and delivering technology-enabled transformation for clients. This role blends strategy, architecture, enterprise application expertise, and execution leadership to position Pioneer as a trusted advisor in technology-enabled business transformation. Key Responsibilities: Market Leadership & Growth Define and execute the strategy to expand ERP services in Minneapolis while aligning with national priorities. Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders across industries. Champion Pioneer’s reputation as a leader in ERP and emerging technologies, differentiating through thought leadership and delivery excellence. Balance near-term market needs (program enablement, PMO, ERP implementation support) with long-term positioning in AI and digital solutions. Technology & ERP Strategy Lead ERP-focused advisory and delivery, with strong emphasis on ERP and related ecosystems. Provide clients with strategic roadmaps for ERP modernization, integration with broader technology stacks, and AI overlays that unlock business value. Define and shape technology strategies that combine ERP, cloud, AI/ML, and data platforms. Guide vendor selection, RFP design, and program mobilization to set up complex initiatives for success. Solution Architecture & Delivery Architect and oversee technology solutions that address business needs across ERP, cloud, AI, and data ecosystems. Lead large-scale program execution with emphasis on PMO leadership, governance, and delivery excellence. Ensure clients receive end-to-end value: business case, roadmap, implementation, and adoption. Drive innovation by packaging repeatable offerings and accelerators for ERP and AI-enabled transformation Talent & Practice Leadership Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team across technology disciplines. Build scalable delivery capacity with a mix of W2 and 1099 consultants. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration aligned to Pioneer’s values. Business Development & Client Engagement Partner with client development leads to identify, pursue, and close new technology opportunities. Lead solutioning, proposals, and client presentations. Act as a thought leader in the market, representing Pioneer in client, industry, and community forums. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology consulting, ERP programs, or related industries. Deep ERP expertise with hands-on experience and familiarity with other ERP platforms is a plus. Proven ability to strategize, roadmap, and architect technology solutions across ERP, AI, cloud, and data. Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall) with the ability to tailor delivery approaches to fit program needs. Strong PMO leadership and program delivery background — able to lead large, complex, multi-year technology programs. Track record of building/scaling a consulting practice or business unit, ideally in a mid-sized firm environment. Executive presence with credibility to engage C-level leaders and boards. Established network of senior technology leaders in the market. Experience managing blended delivery teams (internal and external consultants). #LI-JS1 Benefits The estimated salary range for this role is $147,000 -$220,500 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
