This role reports onsite in our New York, NY office full time. The Role Weâre looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team, reporting to the Finance & Strategy Director, CP&E and Brand Partnerships. This role will support the Consumer Products & Experiences (CP&E) and Brand Partnerships teams, providing strategic financial insights and analysis across our global business. This is a hands-on and highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and business growth. Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for CP&E and Brand Partnership initiatives. Support month-end close, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles. Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate results into actionable insights for internal teams and senior leadership. Partnership & Deal Management Support evaluation of licensing deals and brand partnerships by gathering and validating data, tracking royalty streams, modeling revenue performance, and benchmarking outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure contract and deal data integrity across systems. Partner with external CP&E agencies and internal stakeholders to collect performance reporting, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and reconcile costs vs budget commitments. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track, monitor, and analyze key business performance metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, ROI, KPIs) to support regular reporting cycles for Commercial, Marketing, and Finance leadership. Run and manage monthly data extractions and reports from Flowhaven (CP&E) and Boostr (Brand) to support quarterly statement processing, weekly sales reporting, and partner reconciliation. Maintain and refine financial processes, templates, and documentation, including partner tracking tools, royalty reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards. Strategic Support & Market Insights Conduct market research and competitive analysis on industry trends, licensing models, and partnership structures to inform strategic planning and growth initiatives. Actively participate in cross-departmental project teams (e.g., new channel launches, brand monetization pilots, strategic initiatives), providing financial insights, resource planning, and tracking frameworks. Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and internal leadership meetings through comprehensive reporting, data preparation, and performance analysis. Requirements Weâre seeking an analytically minded finance professional who can balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-collaboratively with business teams.
