Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description Responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks and overall support of the Snow School Director. This includes managing lesson programs, handling customer service and ensuring a safe environment for snow school clients. This is considered a part-time, temporary, non-benefits eligible position. The rate for this position is $18.50 per hour. Core Responsibilities: ​​Assist in staff coordination, scheduling & lesson delivery ​Managing program logistics and expectations of clients and instructors ​Administrative support of Snow School Director ​Customer service and assisting guests needs in a fast paced and weather dependent environment ​Cross departmental support and collaboration with other departments ​Positive and fun attitude ​Advanced ability to demo and teach in diverse terrain and conditions​ Requirements ​​Excellent customer service skills and essential for interacting with customers and handling issues professionally and promptly ​​Strong communication skills to be able to work with a variety of clients (students, parents, various ages, demographics, staff and management) ​Excellent organizational and time management skills ​Previous experience as a ski or snowboard instructor ​PSIA certifications encouraged ​Children’s certifications encouraged ​Proficient with basic computer skills​​ Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Criminal background check Must be able to show and demonstrate on snow teaching techniques. Occasional heavy lifting and long hours of standing/walking in snowy/icy terrain in ski or snowboard boots.
