Minimum Requirements: Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam Must pass criminal background check and TB test clearance Ability to reliably commute to Richmond, CA Commitment to education equity and leadership Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Preferred: Commitment to a full school year Ability to practice open, clear, and consistent communication and commitment to participate in professional development. Responsibilities: Support and maintain the emotional well-being of the students.
