Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
 - Fostering a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
 - Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
 - Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities.
 - Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field.
 - Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
 
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Open to working various hours throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, or weekends.
Ability and patience to work with children ages 12 months and up.
Must have reliable transportation.
Available to start immediately.
Able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families (State of Florida).
CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
