Description Salesforce Administrator (Contract – Part-Time) Location: New York City (on-site) Hours: Up to 20 hours per week Madison Avenue Consulting’s Staffing Department is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator for a part-time contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside one of our most prestigious clients in New York City, providing Salesforce expertise and platform support in an office-based environment. This role is ideal for a certified Salesforce professional with several years of administration experience who thrives in a collaborative setting and is looking for flexible, part-time engagement. Requirements What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automations. Maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and deduplication. Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics for business stakeholders. Provide end-user support, guidance, and training to drive platform adoption. Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements to optimize performance. What We’re Looking For Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201 or higher) required Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governance Skilled in data management, reporting, and process automation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Based in New York City or surrounding area with easy commuting ability (on-site role) Benefits Contract Details Part-time, up to 20 hours per week On-site at the client’s New York City office Staffing through Madison Avenue preferred Staffing Competitive hourly compensation Apply for this job
