We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our healthcare facilities are safe and well-functioning for patients and staff alike. Hourly Rate: $20 to $25 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Friday via Direct Deposit Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities. Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Participate in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, including details of repairs and inspections. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and address any facility-related concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working. #IND5 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
