Description POSITION SUMMARY The Contract Operations Specialist will serve as NOBLEâs main point of contact within the Contract Operations team for all bid submissions. The primary goals of this role are to decrease error response rates and provide exceptional support to the contractual agency. This position is crucial for quality control, requiring the review of and timely response to all RFQ requests. Essential Responsibilities â Review daily open RFQs to confirm all necessary information is prepared for submission. â Submit all RFQs (both driven and non-driven) directly to the contractual agency. â Review and either approve or deny RFQs that have been submitted for internal review. â Review and process all contract awards to ensure full compliance. â Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce for awards, cancellations, inquiries, and other relevant information. â Ensure all bids are submitted on time. â Verify adherence to all applicable FAR, DFAR, and compliance regulations. â Collaborate with contract administrators on contract modifications as needed. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. â Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. â A solid understanding of FAR/DFAR/DLAD regulations relevant to government contracts. â Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. â Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for all levels of business interaction. â A comprehensive understanding of contract scope. â Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities. â Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams to achieve organizational goals. â Capability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. â A strong customer service orientation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE â High school diploma required; bachelorâs degree preferred. â Prior experience in government sales and federal contracting is highly desirable. COMPUTER SKILLS â Proficient in Google Suite â Understanding and experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software â Proficient in Salesforce â Proficient in Microsoft Excel REASONING ABILITY â Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. â Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
