The Supply Chain Data Analyst supports the Operations and Commercial teams by providing data-driven insights to improve sourcing, logistics, and inventory planning performance across the Unimacts global supply chain. This role focuses on analyzing supplier data, purchase orders, inventory movements, and cost structures to identify trends, reduce inefficiencies, and improve decision-making across multiple business lines. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Managers, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy across systems, support continuous improvement projects, and build reporting dashboards that enhance transparency and operational control. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from ERP, purchasing, and logistics systems to identify cost, schedule, and performance trends. Develop and maintain Power BI or Excel dashboards tracking supplier on-time delivery, quality metrics, lead times, and inventory turns. Support demand and supply forecasting by integrating order, shipment, and production data into predictive models. Collaborate with procurement and operations to validate data for purchase orders, invoices, and freight charges. Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics reports for leadership, highlighting performance against KPIs and actionable insights for improvement. Monitor supplier and logistics performance metrics (OTD, PPV, lead time, MOQ, etc.) and assist in root cause analysis for deviations. Support cost modeling, landed cost analysis, and freight optimization initiatives. Contribute to ERP data accuracy through validation and periodic audits (item master, supplier data, pricing, lead times). Partner with global operations teams in India, China, and Mexico to standardize reporting and data collection templates. Assist with process automation projectsâsuch as transitioning manual Excel reports to Power BI or ERP-integrated dashboards. Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 2â4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or related data-driven roles. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA or macros) and intermediate Power BI or Tableau experience required. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, or Oracle) and purchasing modules. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory principles. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams. Excellent attention to detail, analytical rigor, and problem-solving capability. SQL or Python skills for data extraction and transformation a plus. Experience with manufacturing or industrial supply chains preferred. Apply for this job
