Description SUMMARY: Groundfloor is seeking a strategic content manager who can build trust, educate investors, and drive growth through smart, data-driven storytelling. In this role, you’ll own the full content and email marketing strategy. Designing frameworks, crafting narratives, and executing campaigns that guide people from curiosity to confident investing. THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF: You think strategically about content! Every email, article, and landing page serves a purpose and drives measurable outcomes. You’ve led end-to-end content and email programs, ideally in fintech, investing, or financial services. You’re fluent in HubSpot and use automation, segmentation, and reporting to drive engagement and conversions. You love working cross-functionally! Collaborating with design, data, and compliance to make ideas real. You’re equally at home with strategy decks, performance dashboards and use data to tell a story of impact. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Shape Our Content Strategy: Develop our investor education framework and editorial roadmap to help everyday investors understand private credit and our products. Create clear, differentiated messaging that builds trust and sets us apart. Own Email Marketing End-to-End: Design and execute lifecycle email campaigns in HubSpot. From onboarding flows and nurture sequences to promotions and product updates. Test, analyze, and optimize everything for engagement and conversion. Create Compelling Content: Write and oversee educational articles, conversion-focused landing pages, and campaign assets that drive awareness and action. Partner with design and compliance to keep content both engaging and compliant. Measure, Learn, Optimize Track what’s working. Open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and organic traffic. Use insights to refine our strategy and increase ROI. Requirements YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES: 5-7 years of strategic content or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in fintech, investing, or financial services. Proven success owning and scaling content and email strategies from planning to performance reporting. Deep HubSpot expertise: Campaigns, workflows, automation, segmentation, and analytics. Strong writing skills! You can explain complex ideas clearly and compellingly. Hands on SEO and optimization experience using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs. Data-driven mindset with an eye for experimentation and continuous improvement. Comfortable working independently, prioritizing, and delivering on deadlines.
