Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Promotes KeystoneCare's home health services to new and existing clients, aiming to expand business reach through innovative networking techniques.
  • Meets and exceeds territory growth targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Capable of traveling independently within the community to meet with referral sources and engage the public.
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of clinical knowledge to effectively support and market KeystoneCare’s services.
  • Manages relationships with existing accounts to ensure ongoing partnership and satisfaction.
  • Coordinates transitions for patients post-acute discharge with case managers, social workers, and physicians to facilitate a seamless process.
  • Provides regular updates to the management team concerning previous activities and future marketing plans.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the healthcare community at all levels.
  • Organizes and participates in community education and outreach events.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is required; particularly in Home Health.
  • A college degree from an accredited institution and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Preferred experience includes clinical work, customer service, or sales in healthcare.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Reliable vehicle required for community travel.
  • Current driver's license and car insurance in good standing.
  • Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
