Havenpark is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into insights that drive decisions across the organization. You’ll work with teams in operations, finance, marketing, and HR to design dashboards, analyze performance, and improve how data is used throughout the business.

We’re looking for someone who’s both technical and strategic, comfortable writing SQL, building models in Excel and Power BI, and explaining findings in clear, actionable terms. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for learning and elevating others to make data driven decisions and thrives on variety. You’ll collaborate across departments on projects that evolve with the business, offering continuous opportunities to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

    • Act as a strategic partner to functional teams, helping them interpret data and design reporting that drives decision-making
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover operational and financial trends
    • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other systems
    • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that measure performance across departments
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with accurate, timely data
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment between systems

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field
    • Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot-table modeling. Familiarity with Power Query
    • Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar)
    • Experienced with Power BI or similar visualization tools
    • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field
    • Ability to travel ~20% of the time

Nice to have

    • Experience with dbt, Python, or ETL tools (Fivetran, Azure Data Factory)
    • Experience with automation tools like Power Automate
    • Background in real estate, property management, or financial analytics
